Return conditions: If the product has quality problems, such as damage, deterioration, or not in accordance with the product description, consumers can apply for return and refund within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product; for products without quality problems, if they are not opened and do not affect the secondary sale, they can be returned within 7 days, but the return shipping fee must be borne.

Refund method: Once the return application is reviewed, we will return the money to the consumer within 7 working days according to the original payment path.

Special circumstances: For cosmetics that have been opened and used, if allergic reactions or other discomfort reactions occur after use, consumers need to provide relevant hospital certificates and other certificates, and they can be returned and refunded after verification.
